Camembert or Brie cheese

Halva Wanhan ajan premium licorice

Fresh rosemary

Wanhan ajan licorice sauce

1 bag of Halva Wanhan ajan premium licorice

4 dl water

2-3 star anise

1/4 tsp salt


  1. Heat the licorice and water in a pot. Add star anise. Add heat, stirring constantly, until the licorice has melted. If necessary, puree the sauce until smooth with a stick blender or in a blender.

  2. Place camembert or brie cheese on a serving platter. Decorate the cheese with licorice, rosemary and a slightly warm licorice sauce.
