Can I order chocolate during summer?
Halva.fi delivers orders to a pick-up location or address of your choice in cooperation with courier companies. Deliveries are not specially protected again heat ie. through heat-resistant materials, so there is always a chance that chocolate products will melt if they are exposed to heat during transit or at the pick-up location. Halva.fi is not responsible for melted chocolates.

You can move products to the shopping cart directly from the product list by clicking the Quickview button or from the product information page by clicking the Add to cart button. If the product you choose contains selectable features (such as color, size, etc.), you can select them on the product information page. |

When you have collected all the products you want in your shopping cart, go to the Shopping Cart page. Check that the shopping cart contains all the products you want and their quantities. You can change the quantities of the products by pressing the -/+ signs on both sides of the quantity. You can remove products from the shopping cart by clicking the x next to the product. |

Go to Checkout to start placing your order. (Note: you can still return to make changes to your order before paying for the order.) If you already have a customer account, you can log in by clicking the link before entering your contact information. |
4. | Check if the Delivery address is correct and change it if necessary. Click the Continue to shipping button. Select the desired delivery method from the list and click the Continue to payment step button to continue placing the order. |
5. | During the payment phase, check your contact information and change it if necessary. You can also enter a separate billing address on this page. Choose your preferred payment method from the list and click the Pay now button to continue placing the order. |
6. | Next, depending on the payment method you choose, you go to either your online bank or payment service provider's page. Enter the necessary information and accept the payment (the payment information is ready and the customer cannot influence it). |
7. | NOTE! after accepting the payment, do not close the browser , but return to the Suomikauppa service via the return link/button on the online bank or Luottokunta's pages. In this way, our online store receives information about successful payment and your order is transferred to our order processors. GENERAL INFORMATION
When the order is ready, an email is sent to the customer with the shipment tracking code and a link to track it. If the tracking code does not work or the email did not arrive, contact customer service.

The order delivery time consists of two parts; order processing time and shipping time.
We process orders on all weekdays, excluding public holidays. Orders are normally processed within one (1) business day. There may be a delay in processing orders during campaigns, seasons or other exceptional times.
The delivery time of the order is determined by the delivery method chosen by the customer. You can see the transport time estimates below. All times are estimates by courier companies and do not take into account, for example, the time required for possible customs clearance. The delivery time may differ from the estimate.

You can check the total weight of the products you ordered from the shopping cart. Please note that when proceeding to checkout the weight of the packaging material is also added to the weight of the products. Available shipping methods are subject to change according to the total weight of the products and the order. The weight of products is set according to their volume weight or actual physical weight, whichever is bigger. For example in the case of marshmallows the volume weight is larger than the physical weight.

FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER 35€
As a rule, your order will be delivered to you within 1-4 business days after it has been dispatched on the way from our warehouse. Your order will be delivered to your mailbox. This option has limited availability and generally only works for smaller packages. We do not recommend choosing door-to-door delivery in the summer, if the recipient's mailbox located outside. Halva is not responsible for thawed mailbox deliveries.
Weight limit 35 kg / shipment. As a rule, your order will be delivered to you within 1-2 business days after it has left our warehouse on its way. Your order will be delivered to the most convenient Posti machine or to the service point. You will receive a notification from Posti when your order is ready for collection. If your chosen pick-up point is full, Posti automatically directs the shipment to the nearest post office. Posti will notify you of the new pickup location by text message.
Weight limit 20 kg / shipment. As a rule, your order will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days after it has left our warehouse. The order will be delivered to the most convenient PostNord pick-up point for you or to the service point. You will be notified of the upcoming delivery via the app, text message or email when the package can be picked up from the vending machine or service point. When picking up the shipment from the service point a valid identity document and arrival notice must be presented.
Weight limit 35 kg / shipment. As a rule, your order will be delivered to you within 1-2 business days after it has left our warehouse on its way. Your order will be delivered to the address of your choice. Order the supplier will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Weight limit 30 kg / shipment. As a rule, your order will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days after it has left our warehouse. The package will be delivered to your door at the agreed time you specified to the address on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., depending on the delivery area. You will receive a notification about the upcoming delivery by app, text message or email. You can change the delivery time via the link in the announcement or gives permission to leave the delivery behind the door if you are not at home at the time of delivery. In addition, you can fill additional information, such as the door code, or change home delivery to pick-up point delivery.
