Ingredients

Base

4 eggs

1.5 dl sugar

1 dl potato flour

1 tbsp wheat flour

3 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

Filling

1 pack Valio lemon licorice quark

For decoration

4 dl Whipped cream

Ingman's lactose-free salmiac ice cream

Halva Chocolate Licorice Balls

Sprinkles



Recipe

  1. Base:
    Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy
    Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa together
    Mix the flour into the egg foam mixture
    Bake at +225 C for about 6-8 minutes

  2. Filling:
    Spread the quark on a tart plate and roll it into a tart.

  3. Decoration:
    Whip the cream and mix in half the cocoa powder.
    Cut the tart into pieces and spread cocoa cream on the edge.
    And spread the cream-salmiakki ice cream mixture on top.
    Decorate with Halva balls and sprinkles.
