Crush the berries at the bottom of the pot. Add water. Cook the berry puree for 10 – 15 min. Strain the broth. Add sugar and add the semolina to the boiling juice, stirring all the time. Simmer the porridge for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end, add the anise pastilles. Stir until the pastilles are completely melted in the hot porridge. Cool the porridge and beat it until fluffy.
Serve with milk.
