Halva Roulet contains vanilla and cocoa. Halva can be used in baking or eaten as is. Halva products can be found on the cold shelves of stores, near dairy products/ near ready made pastries. Halva is still cooked by hand in a large copper pot in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.
